Tima - Guji, Ethiopia

Ture Waji’s coffees have been mainstays of the Tandem menu for several years, with his washed lots from the kebele of Tima particular favorites for their clarity, approachability, and subtle expressiveness. Ture’s roots in Ethiopia — in Guji specifically — include years spent overseeing processing and managing farms. He founded his exporting company, Sookoo, with a focus on producing natural coffees, but in recent years has expanded to include washed coffees as well. Tima is a washed lot from the Weessi washing station. It presents a crisp, balanced profile with gentle integrated acidity, citrus flavors, and hoppy florality.
